Greetings Everyone,
June is here and the beginning of Summer. Kids out of school, panic just around the corner. VBS, Summer Spectacular, camps and don't forget Christmas is just 6 months away (why did I say that?) With Summer quickly upon us make sure you spend time with your family. It's easy to spend all of our waking hours trying to "get through" summer with all the camps and various events that we have planned. Summer can be an opportune time to "drift" from family, from God and from friends. Take a moment today to schedule in those times with God. regular appointment times to meet with Him to develop that deeper and rich relationship.
Sit down with your spouse and schedule your vacation with the kids. Perhaps a couple of weekends away. Let's make sure our family relationships are strong at the beginning and at the end of summer. One last group we often forget, friends. Relationships take work and planned time so make sure you schedule some time with the friends in your life. One final thought for all the mom's out there.
