Greetings Everyone,

I trust that you all had a great Mothers Day this past weekend. We had a great family time with mom doing all that Mom wanted. It's interesting about Moms. They are simply the best! Even on Mothers Day they are looking out for everyone else. I guess it's in their nature, it's in their makeup, it's who they are. It's what makes them Mom's! I think they deserve more than one day a year. Perhaps a "Mothers Month" would be more appropriate. So to all the moms out there, Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Now, to this months E4. We are adding a few new segments to this E4 and those following. For this E4 we have added "One Page Reviews." I hope you find them interesting. They are a basic one page outline of a leadership book I have read and then condensed into one page. A quick review of the book and then the outline. I hope you find this useful in your ministry. Next months E4 will also include a new segment called the Leadership Minute. The Leadership Minute is  a 1 minute video that will be posted weekly for you to download and watch for free. It will be on some aspect of Leadership and it will be one minute in length...hence...the name. You get the picture.
